Designed for a comfy and clean experience, the studio was upgraded in 2023 with new furniture. The sleeping arrangements feature 2 beds, including one queen bed with a comfy, new mattress and a convenient pull-out sofa. The layout is thoughtfully arranged with plenty of storage space, a sizable table for eating, a separate desk for work, and various places to plug in your devices. The bathroom is well-appointed with a large tub/shower combination and a vanity featuring drawers and a medicine cabinet.

For those who enjoy home-cooked meals after busy sightseeing days, the space includes a full kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, and a variety of small appliances and cooking essentials. Step outside onto the private lanai, which features a bar-height table and two chairs—the ideal spot for morning coffee, lunch, or dinner.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated centrally on Seaside Avenue and Kuhio Avenue, you are just one block away from the International Marketplace and Kalakaua Avenue, where you'll find numerous restaurants, shops, hotels, and the main public access to the beach. The location is highly walkable; you can reach the Honolulu Zoo in about 20 minutes, the Ala Moana Shopping Center in 25 minutes, and the Diamond Head Crater in approximately 60 minutes.

• Urban Setting: Guests should note that because of the central location, there may be noise from nearby traffic, bars, and restaurants.
• Towel Care: Bathroom towels must remain in the unit. Dedicated beach towels are provided for outdoor use. Please be mindful of skincare or cosmetic products that may bleach or stain linens.
