• Minimum age to book: 21
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping inside or out, no parties, no digital piracy, and no shoes indoors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $500 fine applies per violation.
• Pets: Not pet-friendly ($500 fine for unauthorized pets).
• Note: Due to the tropical climate and ground floor location, occasional sightings of island insects are common.

For stays longer than 180 days, a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and security deposit are required. Third-party identity verification must be completed within 3 days of booking or 24 hours before check-in.
