The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a gas grill, three outside tables, a gas fire pit, and provided beach equipment for your trips to the shore.

For security, outside cameras are located at the front and back doors.

Guest requirements include completing a pre-arrival form, uploading a valid government ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID), and signing the rental conditions. Basic need items are provided complimentary to start your stay; any additional supplies must be provided by the guest. Please be advised that pets are not allowed. Per 2026 Michiana Rules for Short Term Rentals, marijuana is strictly prohibited on the property, including outdoor areas. Additionally, no speakers may be used outside between 10:00 PM EST and 10:00 AM EST.
