This charming home, which underwent a complete renovation in 2021, perfectly marries modern conveniences with the rustic charm of a light and bright Maui plantation-style bungalow.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains two new XL twin beds (which can be converted to a king upon request prior to arrival). For additional guests, a sleeper-sofa is located in the spacious open-concept living area.

This cottage is designed for gathering and ease. The heart of the home is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end quartz countertops and a large island with seating for five. Step outside to the private lanai to enjoy the fresh air with a BBQ grill and dining space for six. For your convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer and updated fiber optic internet. Please note that there is no AC in the cottage and there is potential for road noise due to the complex's location.

Located at the base of the prestigious Kaanapali Hillside, the International Colony Club is a low-density complex of 40 single-family cottages. Guests have access to two heated swimming pools with poolside pavilions and expansive, beautifully maintained tropical grounds. You are just a short 5-minute walk from the famous Kahekili (Airport) Beach Park, where you can swim with tropical fish and sea turtles. The property is also a mere 2-minute drive from the Kaanapali Beach Resort area, Whalers Village for shopping and dining, and the scenic Beachwalk.
