The home is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and flexibility. The sleeping configuration includes 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with the master bedroom boasting a comfortable Queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering two single beds. For groups of up to 5 guests, the first lounge area features a sofa bed. A versatile sliding door allows you to create a private area, offering an 'almost' third room experience. This sliding door also transforms the space into a fabulous, private office complete with a foldaway writing desk, perfect for those needing a quiet workspace.

Inside, you will find a welcoming lounge area designed for quiet reading and unwinding, leading into a combined living and dining space equipped with a TV. A heat pump ensures you stay warm in winter and cool during the summer months (please note that the fireplace is not available). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for family meals and includes a Nespresso machine (BYO pods). Step outside onto the covered deck with outdoor seating, a wonderful spot for your morning coffee or summer evenings. The spacious bathroom includes a large shower and a separate toilet for added convenience, with a washing machine and dryer discreetly tucked away.
