The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a second king-size bed in the guest bedroom, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a master bathroom with a walk-in shower and a main bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Inside the home, you will find modern updates from 2025, including fresh paint, new carpet, and new furnishings. The living area is equipped with split zone AC and flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, boasting new granite countertops, new cabinetry, an induction cooktop, a microwave, and new interior barstool seating for three.
