Location & Neighborhood The chalet is ideally situated for mountain lovers and adventure seekers alike. You are just a 3-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi train stop and a 10-minute stroll to the start of the Aiguille du Midi gondola. The village of Chamonix Sud is also within a 10-minute walk, offering a variety of bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and ski rental shops. For convenient local travel, the free Petit Bus Mulet stops right in front of the Aiguille du Midi, and the Chamonix Sud bus station is just 10 minutes away on foot.

During the stay
- Please turn off the lights when you exit the apartment
- In order to preserve the environment, do not use more towels than necessary
- Do not leave trash in the hallway or under the stairs and do not throw it out the window.
- Public hallways and stairs cannot be obstructed or used for any purpose other than entry and exit of apartments
- All ski and snowboard equipment must be stored in a special locker or on the bacon/terrace if you do not have a ski locker.
- Tenants must keep the apartment in a state that does not create a fire or health risk, including a repellent odor.
- Tenants are responsible for the behaviour of their guests. A violation of house rules by a guest will be treated as a violation by that tenant.
- Tenants are responsible for their valuables. We will not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings in the apartment, parking or common buildings (ski / bike room, etc.)
- Children are not allowed to play in public hallways or stairs
- Renters are required to provide access to their apartment for repairs to be carried out. Tenants will be notified as soon as possible when repairs are scheduled.
- Quiet times are from 10pm to 7am on weekdays and from 23pm to 7am on weekends. During these hours, tenants may not play loud music, run heavy machines, or make noises that might disturb their neighbors.
Before you leave:

It is expected that, at the time of checkout, the apartment will be left in the same condition as if it had been taken at check-in.
- dishes washed, dried stored in the closet/ for early morning departures you can leave the dishwasher on the way
- Please let us know before you leave if anything was broken or not working during your stay.
- Rubbish must be tightly closed in bags and deposited in the bins.
- Sheets (pillowcases, sheet, duvet cover) removed and placed in the bathroom.
