Discover the peaceful charm of 'Spel Rein,' a large family apartment nestled in the quiet village of Cumpadials, Sumvitg. The apartment is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 5 guests. Following a partial renovation in 2020, the interior blends comfort with functionality. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, providing a cozy sanctuary for families. For the fifth guest, an additional bed is available in the living room or bedroom, and a baby cot and baby chair can be provided upon request.

Inside, the living room is cosily furnished and features a soapstone stove that can be heated on request, adding a touch of rustic warmth to your stay. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing traditional meals, complete with crockery for fondue and raclette, a dishwasher, and an espresso coffee pot. A large dining area overlooks the garden, creating a bright and airy space for family meals.

Step outside to enjoy the shared garden, which includes a seating area with garden furniture and a sun awning for relaxing afternoons. Guests may also be visited by the friendly house cat while enjoying the outdoors.

Cumpadials is a small, quiet village located off the main road, yet it provides excellent accessibility. Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate being within 30 minutes by car of the Disentis/Sedrun/Andermatt, Breil/Brigels, Obersaxen/Mundaun/Lumnezia, and Laax/Flims resorts. The Nordic Surselva cross-country ski trail is just a 5-minute walk away. In the summer, the area transforms into a paradise for hiking and biking, serving as a prime starting point for the Greina plateau and various SAC huts. Local amenities, including a restaurant and train station, are just 500 meters away, with a swimming pond approximately 700 meters from the property.
