The home is equipped with split AC for your comfort. The bedroom includes a large closet and a built-in nightstand with lights, while the living area features a flat-screen TV with basic cable and streaming capabilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and a Keurig coffee maker, complemented by a countertop with three bar chairs. While exterior work immediately around this condo has been completed, guests may experience intermittent construction noise, vibration, or dust in common areas between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
