• Upstairs: The Green Room features a king bed with an en-suite bath, and the Blue Room provides 2 double bunk beds with its own en-suite bath.
• Downstairs: The Orange Room contains 2 double beds and an en-suite bath. For additional flexibility, the home provides 3 rollout beds stored in closets and a living room futon.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are welcome to park out back behind the property along the sides of the shared lot, parallel to the garage door (fits 1-3 cars). Please leave the center clear for neighbors and do not use the Publix parking lot.

House Rules:

• No smoking inside the house (smoking is permitted on the balcony)
• No parties or events
• No unapproved pets

Please note that the Theater Room is a converted garage and does not have AC, so please plan accordingly during warmer months.
