Inside, the living area is designed for comfort with two leather couches, a TV, and a reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. For added convenience, the home features a private secure backyard and a laundry area complete with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For those traveling with little ones, a porter cot and high chair may be available upon request.

• Parking: No on-property parking; however, street parking with no time restrictions is readily available directly outside the door.
• Pets: One small-to-medium house-trained dog is permitted upon request (additional fee applies). Pets are strictly prohibited from beds, carpeted rooms, and soft furnishings.
• Verification: All guests must complete a verification process including a government photo ID, selfie, contact confirmation, and a signed rental agreement.
• Maintenance: A lawnmower contractor visits every 3-4 weeks on Thursdays after 9:00 AM.
• Long Stays: Mid-stay servicing is required for bookings exceeding 21 nights.
