• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-outs must be pre-arranged, are subject to availability, and incur fees)
• House Rules: No shoes allowed inside the house; dishes must be completed and the home left tidy upon departure
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on request/application (not all approved). Shedding breeds must remain outside. A laundry off the porch is available if a dog needs to sleep inside at night. Owners must clean up after pets 100% or the bond will be claimed
