The home is approximately a 13-18 minute walk (0.6 mi) to the Shad St beach access. Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM via a contactless code; check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 23 years old and present throughout the stay; for non-family groups, all guests must be 23+. No pets are allowed, though service animals are welcome. Parking is strictly limited to the driveway with a maximum of 6 standard vehicles; street and garage parking are prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking, vaping, parties, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. A mandatory resort fee applies for wristbands, which are limited to 12 guests.
