The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a combination of one King bed, one Queen bed, and one Queen sleeper sofa. The layout includes a full kitchen and a private balcony or patio, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Located in beautiful Kailua-Kona, the resort faces the ocean, though please note there is no beach located directly on-site. While guests can walk to town, there are no sidewalks, so a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area; the closest grocery store is approximately 2 miles away.

Important Notes: Please be aware that exterior renovations are planned from June to December 2026, followed by full interior refurbishments from mid-October 2026 through early April 2027, which may result in construction noise and dust. As you are renting directly from a timeshare owner, you may be asked to attend a presentation, though this is entirely optional. Ocean views can be requested but are not guaranteed for all suites.
