About Property

Discover the ultimate tropical escape at Casa Aventura, a gorgeous luxury villa nestled within a gated property in the heart of Ojochal. Set upon a sprawling 4-acre estate, this home invites you to immerse yourself in nature's embrace while enjoying sweeping ocean views and the serene beauty of the Costa Rican jungle.

Designed for groups, the residence comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across 5 bedrooms. The layout is thoughtfully split for privacy: the main house features two primary suites on one wing, each with king-sized beds and private bathrooms. Suite A is a spacious retreat boasting a huge walk-in closet, air conditioning, and a unique bathroom featuring two showers—one of which offers a memorable, open-air feel facing the jungle. Suite B provides a king-size bed and a private covered patio, perfect for listening to the jungle awaken with your morning coffee. The second wing contains Bedroom #3, a light-filled room with a queen bed and a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), and the newly remodeled Bedroom #4 with a queen bed. For added seclusion, a detached private suite (Suite #3) is located just 10 feet from the main house, featuring a queen bed and private bathroom.

While the property offers exclusive use of a private swimming pool and an expansive outdoor covered patio with a grill, the interior is equally impressive. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking or for use by a private chef. Additional conveniences include a laundry area with a new washer and dryer and a half-bath located by the pool area.

Located in Puntarenas, the villa is just minutes from the adventure and relaxation of Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas. Guests can enjoy a short drive or walk to savor the flavors of the vibrant local cuisine at amazing restaurants. The surrounding wildlife is a highlight, with frequent sightings of scarlet macaws, howler monkeys, toucans, and blue morpho butterflies.
