To reserve the condo, a $400.00 deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made before the balance is due will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. For cancellations after full payment, refunds are provided for any nights that can be rebooked, minus the deposit. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
