The home is designed for both social gathering and quiet relaxation. The top level boasts a large, farmhouse-style gourmet kitchen with an open concept layout, allowing the cook to look through the sink toward the living room and the breathtaking ocean beyond. This area includes a dining table for six and a unique breakfast bar for two. For entertainment, the living room is furnished with a large couch and a Roku TV. The lower level offers a secondary family room with a large flat-screen TV, a massage chair, and a convenient juice bar with a second refrigerator.

Built with an eco-conscious spirit, the home features zero VOC paint, natural bamboo wood, stone, and tile flooring, with some wood reclaimed from the original structure. Large windows throughout ensure the space is flooded with natural light.
