House Rules & Policies:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on premises
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
• Pool Rules: Hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM; no glass containers, no diving or rough play, and children under 12 must be supervised. Alcohol is permitted only in the barbecue area.
• Lanai Policy: Beach towels, boogie boards, and unsightly items may not be stored on lanais.
• Conduct: No drunk, disorderly behavior or illegal activities.

For peace of mind, guests may choose between an optional non-refundable Damage Waiver for minor accidental damages or a refundable Safety Deposit. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellation circumstances.
