On the downstairs level, you will find a king bedroom featuring a private ensuite. Upstairs consists of one bedroom with a queen bed and a floor mattress, and a second bedroom featuring two singles, one of which is a pull-out. For additional flexibility, there is a fold-out single bed that can be placed anywhere in the home, as well as another fold-out single in the games room (though this is best avoided during winter).

To ensure a cozy experience year-round, the home is equipped with a heat pump, individual heaters in each bedroom, extra blankets, and electric blankets for those chilly Canterbury nights. Outside, you can unwind in the private 4-person hot tub and enjoy a relaxing outdoor space.
