The fourth bedroom, featuring a queen bed, is located in the basement suite. For additional flexibility, both the upper and basement living areas are equipped with double-sized sofa beds that can each sleep two people, making these spaces ideal for intimate get-togethers and indoor recreation.

Guest comfort is prioritized with functional spaces throughout the home. The upper suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen ideal for large gatherings, accompanied by a cozy dinette for four and a formal dining room with a six-seater table.
