Sleeping arrangements include three comfortable queen beds in the primary bedrooms and a fourth bedroom equipped with a single bed and bunk beds, ensuring there is plenty of room for everyone.

Designed for the ultimate in indoor and outdoor entertaining, the property boasts two distinct living areas. Each space leads directly onto large, ocean-frontage back decks, perfect for dining al fresco while soaking in the scenery. For those seeking a quiet moment, you can steal yourself away with a good book on the front deck or relax in the cozy built-in day beds. The downstairs living area is specifically tailored for children, featuring a dedicated kids’ table and a console filled with thoughtfully selected puzzles, board games, and books to keep the little ones engaged.

Located in a serene residential neighborhood, The Palm House serves as a perfect base to explore the region. You can witness majestic whales at Black Head Reserve between May and November, sample local wines at the Crooked River Winery, or unwind on the sands of secluded Shelly Beach. To maintain a peaceful environment for all, the property utilizes noise monitors. Outdoor music must stop or move inside with all windows and doors closed by 9:30 PM, and all music must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are strictly prohibited.
