The sleeping arrangements consist of three private bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The Primary Suite features a king bed, ocean views, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second suite also offers a king bed and a walk-in shower, while the third suite provides a queen bed with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. For ultimate comfort, all bedrooms include blackout shades, ceiling fans, and operable windows.

The interior is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, highlighted by an open-concept great room with 20-ft pocketing mahogany glass doors that open to the lanai. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oversized oven, wine fridge, and granite island seating, complemented by a custom koa wood dining table for six.
