Designed for families or groups, the home features a thoughtful layout with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are divided between levels: three bedrooms are located upstairs, each equipped with split A/C for your comfort. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs with exterior access; one of these includes a portable A/C unit, while the other does not. Please note that A/C is provided specifically in the upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs living room.

While the property provides an immersive tropical experience, the general amenities are focused on relaxation and location. Guests can enjoy the private infinity pool and the seamless transition from the home to the shoreline. The property is ideally situated within walking distance to Kahalu‘u Beach Park, making it effortless to spend your days snorkeling, surfing, and paddleboarding. When you aren't in the water, you'll find yourself close to the best local dining and shopping options the area has to offer.

To ensure a seamless stay, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. For the comfort and peace of all neighbors, a noise monitoring device is installed (which does not record audio). Please be advised that this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Additionally, because of the lush tropical environment, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as geckos or ants.
