Designed for family-friendly getaways, the condo features an open floor plan filled with natural light. The living area opens onto a fully furnished balcony where you can enjoy gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset, watching beautiful waves wash in and dolphins splash by. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, pots, pans, and glassware, complemented by a dining area that seats four, plus two additional bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum relaxation:

• Bedroom 1: A spacious master bedroom featuring 1 king bed, a TV, a large roomy dresser, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: A comfortable second bedroom featuring 2 queen beds and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
• Living Area: Includes a sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests, bringing the total guest capacity to 8.

While the interior is tastefully decorated and comfortable, the outdoor experience is equally impressive. Guests have access to a private boardwalk for beach access, a large hot tub, and an outdoor patio area with a BBQ gas grill and a green space perfect for beachside picnics or yard games. Please note that the heated outdoor pool will be closed for maintenance beginning Monday, September 14, 2026, for approximately two weeks.
