The two additional guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living area for added privacy; one includes a flat-screen TV, while the other remains TV-free, providing a quieter sleeping space. All bedrooms feature either a king or Cal King bed.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the experience here. Set on more than half an acre in a gated neighborhood, the property boasts an ocean view lanai perfect for morning coffee and sunset lounging. The backyard is a true retreat, featuring a private pool with arched fountains, a sand volleyball court, a hammock, and a firepit for cozy evenings under the Kona sky. Guests can also explore the lush tropical fruit garden, which produces seasonal bananas, mangos, and lilikoi.

You are only 10–15 minutes away from Kona's best beaches, snorkeling, and dining, and approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

Practical Info: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Minimum stay requirements vary seasonally from 5 to 10 nights. To ensure neighborhood quiet hours are respected, noise-aware decibel monitoring devices (which do not record conversations) are installed. Outdoor noise should be limited between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
