The third bedroom is ideal for children or extra guests, offering a bunk bed with an additional trundle pull-out bed. For families traveling with toddlers, a pack'n play is also available.

This retreat is a true boater's delight, featuring 60 feet of sea wall and a 40-foot finger pier dock equipped with water, electricity, a new bait freezer, and a fish cleaning station. The driveway provides ample space for a boat trailer. Outdoors, you can relax in the new heated in-ground saltwater pool and hot tub. For those looking to explore the water, kayaks are provided.
