Designed for flexibility, the estate consists of two separate structures—a Main House and a charming Cottage—providing ample room for families, friends, or multi-generational stays to spread out with extra privacy. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 guests. In the Main House, you will find a Master Bedroom with a King bed and attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with one Queen and one Twin. The living room offers two foldable twin mattresses for extra guests. The separate Cottage serves as a perfect private retreat with its own King bed. For added comfort, all rooms are equipped with A/C, though please note the Main House living room ceiling fan is currently out of order.

Nestled in scenic South Kona, the property is just a 2-minute stroll to a secluded beach. You are minutes away from the Kealakekua Bay Cliffs and Näpo’opo’o Park, and a short drive to the Captain Cook Monument Trail, Big Island Bees, and local coffee plantations like Koa and Greenwell Farms.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with prior approval (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs) for an additional $150 cleaning fee. For security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway and yard. Please be aware that Hawaii County does not offer curbside trash pickup; guests are responsible for dropping off waste at the Kealakehe Transfer Station.

• No smoking inside or outside
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms
• No parking on the concrete slab
• No illegal substances on the premises
