1. Check out time is at: 10:00 AM: a. (Call to confirm availability for a late checkout – Late check out fee: is 50% of nightly rate, plus taxes) b. We are unable to store luggage prior to check-in as well as post check out. 2. Remove shoes before entering – it’s a local tradition.
2. Absolutely no smoking in the house (There is an additional $500.00 cleaning charge if smoking is detected inside.) - Designated smoking area explained in the property guide. 4. The maximum number of over-night guests is 8 people for 3 bedroom and 4 for 2 bedroom.
3. Please place garbage in a bag and discard.
4. Do not leave food or drinks out overnight or when you leave, in the house and outside of the house. We provided sealable plastic containers for you to store opened foot packages. Hawaii has many bugs. The house has been treated inside and out, and cleaned, but any leftover food attracts bugs quickly
5. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed & locked when you leave the house.
6. No open fire and no real candles on this property.
7. Please do not dry beach towels in the (propane gas) dryer, as the sand will break the dryer. Please air-dry unless you washed them first.
8. Please do not let any neighborhood cats or other animals in the rental.
9. Registered Guests are required to disclose if they are under 21 years of age. (We need to know if there are children so we can engage door screen alert.)
10. The Rental is not suitable for pets of any kind.
11. Unregistered guests are not allowed to spend the night.
12. Outdoor furniture as well as items need to be safely secured when not in use to prevent damage due to extreme high winds at times. Replacement fee for lost gate clicker.
