This spacious home is designed for comfort and entertainment. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom serves as a dreamy oasis, complete with its own fireplace, a jetted tub, and stunning lake views. A second bedroom on the upper level provides a queen bed, while the main level features a fun and cozy bunk room with four twin beds, giving children their own dedicated space. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

Designed for seamless hosting, the fully equipped kitchen is perfectly situated adjacent to the living room, dining area, and deck, making it an ideal hub for group meals and entertaining. Outside, the property offers a private dock, beach access, and provided water toys for endless lakefront fun, along with dedicated sitting and lounging spaces to unwind.

Nestled in a peaceful forested setting, the home offers a private experience while remaining close enough to town to enjoy the unique restaurants, shops, and entertainment of downtown Coeur d'Alene.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book: 25
• Parking: No space for boat trailers or other trailers; no boat launch access from the home.
• Access: The final 0.5 mile to the house is a fairly steep gravel road; front or all-wheel drive vehicles with normal to higher clearance are recommended.
• Pets: Pet-friendly (maximum of 2 dogs) for $40/day, capped at $250 per stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). If arrival is within 30 days of booking, full payment is required. Cancellations or date changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival; such changes result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance forfeit only the initial $300 payment. For stays of 30+ nights, this policy increases to 60 days. Travel insurance is available.
