The space is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to two guests, including a dining area with seating for four, making it an ideal spot for light meals or remote work. The private bathroom is equipped with a tub shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.

This retreat is meticulously equipped to ensure a stress-free stay. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and a comprehensive set of dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and cookware. For added convenience, a rice cooker, blender, and kettle are also provided. Guests can enjoy a climate-controlled environment with central A/C and entertainment via a flat-screen TV.

Situated at the gateway of Waikiki at 1765 Ala Moana Boulevard, the property is ideally located just a short walk from the world-famous Waikiki Beach and the upscale shopping at Ala Moana Center. Practical building amenities include 24/7 security for peace of mind and shared, paid laundry facilities located on the 8th floor. Parking is available within the building for an additional cost (approximately $35 per day), with metered street parking also available along the harbor. Please note that the building does not have a pool.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai. The minimum age to book this property is 21. Please be aware that as privately owned condos, building maintenance or exterior painting may occasionally occur during weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
