Only use appliances and air conditioners when there are people in the apartment. Please don't touch the buttons on the boiler to avoid improper use. Before leaving the apartment:

Please make sure all windows are closed. Turn off all lights. Pets:

Pets may not be left alone in the house or on the balcony. Check-out Procedures:

Check-out must be by 10am on the day of departure. Leave the keys on the kitchen table or in another visible place. Carefully wash and put away all dishes, pots, pans, glasses and cutlery. Make sure the dishwasher is empty. Remove all food from the refrigerator, especially perishable food. Dispose of all waste properly. Furniture and Thermostat:

Reposition all objects or furniture moved to their original place. In winter, set the thermostat to about 10 degrees Celsius. In summer, turn off the air conditioning completely. Rates and Penalties:

A fee of €50.00 will be charged for not following the conditions listed above. Any disturbance at night after 11:30 p.m. or failure to comply with the rules of civility or property rules may result in immediate removal without refund. A fee of €50.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys or if they are left inside the apartment. If it is necessary to break the door to enter, an additional 200.00 euros will be charged. Responsibility and Maintenance:

The owners are not liable for any accidents while using equipment inside or outside the property. In the event of extraordinary maintenance work or sanitary measures, guests may be asked to leave the building immediately.
