The apartment is thoughtfully arranged to be an ideal home base, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. With a total area of approximately 45 to 47 square meters, the space is designed for comfort and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout includes a versatile living area where additional guests can stay comfortably on the sofa.

To ensure a seamless stay, the property is fully equipped and furnished with essential items for your convenience. Guests will find the following provided at the start of their visit:

• Bed linen and towels
• Liquid soap and toilet paper
• Washing powder
• Iron and hair dryer
• Comprehensive kitchen and cooking items

Please note that slippers, bathrobes, shampoo, and spices are not provided. All initial supplies are provided once at the beginning of the stay; however, guests may request a change of linen and towels or additional cleaning services during their visit for an extra fee. If more than two guests are registered, an extra set of linen and towels for the sofa is included in the price.

Located on the 2nd or 3rd floor of a 5-story building, please be aware that there is no elevator available. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with flexibility for evening or night arrivals and departures. As there are no lockers or luggage storage facilities on-site, guests with scheduling discrepancies are encouraged to book an extra day to secure their space.

While the apartment was beautifully decorated for professional photography to emphasize its wonderful atmosphere, some decorative elements may differ in person. Rest assured, the home remains fully equipped with everything necessary for a successful and comfortable rest in the center of Yerevan.
