The bathroom includes a tub shower and a hair dryer for your convenience.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the unit is fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen features a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, rice cooker, blender, and kettle, along with all necessary dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and cookware. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai. Please be aware of scheduled exterior painting work from 8/19/2026 to 9/4/2026, during which the lanai will be locked and inaccessible, and construction noise may be audible Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pets are not allowed.
