While this unit does not have air conditioning, it is thoughtfully designed to be cooled by refreshing trade winds and ceiling fans located in every room. Guests will enjoy a variety of convenient features and resort-style perks:

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that the primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit. A daily resort fee of $22 plus tax per night is required at the resort, and all reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Accommodation Tax upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. As this is a rental from a timeshare owner, you may be invited to attend a timeshare presentation, though you are under no obligation to do so.
