About Property

Discover the ultimate North Shore getaway at Kamalani Modern, a stunning Princeville gem that shines in comfort, luxury, and design. Artfully remodeled and curated by a published designer, this sustainable sanctuary blends high-end elegance with the untamed spirit of Kauai, offering an unforgettable island escape.

The home is thoughtfully designed with a separate primary suite and a guest wing connected by a breathtaking open-concept living area. This central space features twenty-foot beamed ceilings and a stylish sunken living room, creating an airy atmosphere that invites relaxation. The residence accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each featuring a California King bed outfitted with premium bedding, 525+ thread count cotton sheets, hotel robes, and spa towels. Complementing the sleeping quarters are 3 full bathrooms; two are ensuites, while the third boasts Moroccan tile and a glass-walled shower. Throughout the home, you will find top-of-the-line custom lighting, hardware, and luxury finishes.

For the culinary enthusiast, the gourmet kitchen is a true highlight, featuring stainless steel Wolf appliances—including a double oven, 6-burner gas range cooktop, and warming oven/microwave—alongside a Sub-Zero refrigerator. It is fully equipped with a blender, rice cooker, chopper, toaster, and cast iron, with oils and spices provided. Start your morning with a latte from the Gevi espresso machine and coffee grinder while enjoying the sunrise from the IPE deck.

Outdoor living is embraced on the IPE deck, which includes a BBQ and lounging area overlooking the open space of the former Princeville Golf Course. To ensure maximum comfort, the home is solar-powered with two Tesla batteries for backup and features AC and ceiling fans in every room.

Located in the crown jewel of resort living, the property is a 7-minute drive to Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach and less than a 10-minute walk to Princeville Park and local shops. Guests can also stroll through the former Woods Golf Course or visit Queens Bath and Sea Lodge Beach.
