• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (excluding cats). A $100 fee applies per reservation for a maximum of 2 pets. Unannounced pets may result in early termination or an additional $100 fee.
• Smoke-Free: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises; violations incur a $200 fine.
• House Rules: No eating or drinking in bedrooms; do not open windows or rearrange furniture; quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
• Guest Access: Guests have private access to the main home. Note that another separate rental unit exists at the back of the property.
• Fees & Policies: Late check-outs or early arrivals are subject to fees ranging from $50 to $200 based on duration. A 3.9% processing fee is non-refundable. All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program (verification, rental agreement, and damage waiver or security deposit) prior to arrival.
