The interior is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and dining space for six to eight guests. Indoor-outdoor living is seamless with three lanais—two located off the private bedrooms and one off the living room—perfect for enjoying balmy tropical evenings.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed: the upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, a private sitting area, a large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms provide ample space, featuring one king bed and one room with two twin beds that can be converted to a king. For extra lounging or sleeping, an open area with a daybed is also available.
