RENTAL AGREEMENT - HOUSE RULES Thanks for choosing our house for your stay! In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, here are some rules to follow:

1. Security Deposit For bookings through Airbnb, please refer to their policies. For other platforms, a security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, subject to no damage.
2. Liability Stay at your own risk. We're not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that occurred during your stay. Forgotten items can be returned at your own expense. In the event of a sale, this reservation may be terminated or modified at the discretion of the new purchaser. No guarantee of retention or renewal of the reservation is offered in the event of a sale.
3. Access to the property In case of need, the manager or a representative may access the property with reasonable notice or without notice in case of emergency.
4. Living Rules Respect for the neighborhood: No noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Number of guests: Only the number of people declared can stay there. Access and identification: The primary guest must present upon request an ID and the credit card used for the reservation. No smoking: No smoking (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) inside. Pets: No pets allowed. Events Prohibited: Parties and gatherings are not allowed without written approval. Parking: Only in designated areas. Respect for the premises: Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged for. Problems during the stay: In the event of an issue with the property, you must notify us immediately and give us access to the property in order to allow us to see and resolve the problem within a reasonable period of time, otherwise this cannot be used as a basis to justify any corresponding future claims. Compliance with the rules: Compliance with the rules ensures a great experience for everyone. In case of significant non-compliance (e.g. disturbances, overcapacity, damage), we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund.
5. Check-out and support Checkout instructions will be sent 24 hours before your departure.
