The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds (convertible to king with advance request) and shares a common bathroom on the main floor. The third bedroom is positioned upstairs as a large loft area with vaulted ceilings, king bed and private full bathroom. A twin air mattress provides additional sleeping space for a 7th guest with a $50/night fee.

Shipwreck Beach is just a 5-minute walk, while Brennecke's Beach for boogie boarding is 8 minutes away. Poipu Beach Park with lifeguards and snorkeling opportunities is a 10-minute stroll, and Sheraton Beach for surf lessons is 15 minutes. The Grand Hyatt Resort, Anara Spa, and Poipu Bay Golf Club (one of Tiger Woods' favorites) are all within walking distance, surrounded by tropical landscaping and scenic greenbelt pathways.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM with contactless keypad entry. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be granted in advance - additional nights must be booked to guarantee extended time. Additional guests and gatherings beyond the registered party are not permitted. A 15% deposit is required at booking with a refundable security deposit. Stays longer than 20 days require an additional mid-stay cleaning.
