10:00 PM quiet time - We request that guests go off property to an entertainment venue if they would like to be entertained after 10:00PM - this includes playing bean bag toss on the patio. The house is equipped with NoiseAware decibel monitoring devices which will alert the host to any unreasonable noise levels.

This vacation rental is limited to 4 guests. Local guests are only authorized to stay with prior approval of host.

Parking - Guests will have access to a single nearby covered parking space, the location of which will be shared with guest prior to their arrival. Guests may also park in any uncovered parking spaces or on the street.

No pets. We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, this house is not properly set up to accommodate a pet.

No smoking anywhere on the property, regardless whether it is indoors or outdoors. This is a strictly no smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed. By booking this condo, Guest agrees to pay a minimum $500 fee for smoking on the property to cover the cost of short-notice sanitation services so that the property can be properly cleaned prior to the next guest's arrival.

No exceptions to Check-In and Check-Out times unless previously approved by the host, in writing. We generally will allow an early check-in or late-check out if there is a vacancy on the day before or after your stay, but this must be pre-approved.

Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB. Guests are required to treat the home with care and take all necessary precautions to ensure the property is in the same condition when you leave as when you arrived. We understand that accidents do happen and will gladly work with you in the unfortunate chance that you damage something during your stay. Please report any damage during your stay immediately to the host so that we can make accommodations to have it repaired before the next guest checks in.

Guests must dispose of their garbage in the complex provided trash cans located in the parking lot.

Do not use the premises for any illegal activities. Illegal activities will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate eviction, without refund. No illegal activity is permitted anywhere within the residence or within the condo complex.

No parties or events! Parties and/or events will not be tolerated by the host or the residents of the community. The police will be called upon any indication of a party or event. No exceptions.

Any commercial photography/videography using the property must be preapproved by the host and in writing.

Please do not sit on the furniture with wet clothing (from swimming). There is a drying rack provided on the back patio for bathing suits.

The stove gets very hot. Please refrain from cooking on the high setting (med-high is fine).
