The property is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. The minimum age to book this property is 25. For safety, security cameras are located in the parking lot and pool areas. We kindly ask that children be supervised at all times near the pool, as decks may be slippery when wet. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund of nightly rates.
