Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. As a special welcome, guests staying 7 nights or longer will receive a free lei greeting for two at the LIH airport baggage claim area upon arrival. Please note that the Poipu Beach Athletic Club pool and deck will be closed for resurfacing from September 9 through early October 2026, though all other sports courts and fitness centers remain open.
