Please note that there is one step to enter the home; the main living area is on the first floor, while bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second and third floors, requiring the use of stairs.

To maintain the quality of the home, pets and smoking (including vaping and cannabis) are strictly prohibited inside the property. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM, and parties or events are not permitted. Guests are kindly asked to remove shoes inside and handle garbage and recycling according to the local collection schedule. A refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be applied upon arrival.
