The following information enclosed is provided to help you prepare for your vacation.

For Las Palomas, the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and present a state-issued ID with picture and clear signature upon check-in

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME Check in time is at 4:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00 am.

LOBBY HOURS AND LOCATION

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every day, from Monday to Sunday. If you plan to arrive outside our published office hours, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs. There is a $20.00 USD charge for any late check-ins (after office hours).

LAS PALOMAS

Please note that Casago Rocky Point is an off-site property manager, so check-in is completed at our office rather than at the Las Palomas front desks. (The Phase 1 and Phase 2 Lobbies (with front desks) at Las Palomas are not operated by Casago.) You will receive your check-in details and wristbands at our office, so please stop by there first before heading to Las Palomas Resort.

Check-In Location: Please find the directions to our new location at Los Corales Rocky Point below:

As you enter the city from Highway 8 (Carretera Sonoyta/Peñasco), you will reach an intersection with the three main boulevards for Rocky Point. Turn right onto Blvd. Samuel Ocaña; you will see an AutoZone on your left.

Continue on Blvd. Samuel Ocaña for approximately five minutes, passing several stop signs until you reach a traffic light with a Pemex gas station on your left. Proceed straight for about half a mile until you reach the railroad tracks. You will see a large windmill ahead.

At the windmill, enter the roundabout. Passing the first exit, take the second exit toward Blvd. Costa Diamante. Continue for approximately one mile until you reach Los Corales Residential. Our Casago sign is located on the road, directing you to our mobile office.

ARRIVAL AT YOUR RENTAL CONDO When you arrive at your rental condo, you will have a code to enter at the front door for access. Upon entry, check to make sure your hot water tank is turned on in the laundry room as your first order of business. There is a wall switch next to the tank and it needs to be in the UP/ON position for hot water. You will find beach towels in your condo and they may be under the bath vanities or inside the closets on shelves. Internet information for each condo is on the black router usually located in the kitchen area.

TOWEL SUPPLY The towels in your condominium are for your own use and will not be replaced during your stay. We thank you in advance for using them appropriately.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Check in time 4:00 pm Mexico Time Check out time 11:00 am Mexico Time Thank you for staying at Las Palomas Resort through Casago Rocky Point. We are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience and that your stay here will be most pleasurable. Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid. All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico Time. If there is anything wrong in your unit at check-in time, please notify the front desk within the first 30 minutes (this includes cleaning issues). Casago and Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condominium. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in. Everything is inventoried and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you. When leaving lower floor condos, please be sure to put the safety bar on the glass door and windows. The cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit. The first 3 days of your stay, the daily service is included. If your stay is for 1 week or more, bed linens will be changed mid-week. Daily service includes: taking out the trash and making the beds, as long as there is nothing on top of the beds.

Use of the Pool/Beach Areas Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Wristband or owner badge required. Swimwear is mandatory in pools - no street clothes. Headset required when using electronic equipment. Children 10 and under require adult supervision. Incontinent adults and babies 2 and under must wear pool diapers. Pool Bar - 18 and older. Adult Jacuzzi - 14 and older. Family Jacuzzi (only Phase II) – 3 and older. Please do not move pool furniture from pool areas. It is not allowed Smoking of any kind. The Mexican Federal Law prohibits smoking in any public area. Inappropriate behavior - foul language. Running, jumping or diving. Food in pools. Exception: eating at the Pool Bar counter. Floats in: jacuzzi Phase I and pool bar, intermediate and secondary pool in Phase II. Glass containers. Coolers – owners allowed coolers that fit under loungers. Balls, water guns, airborne toys and oversized inflatables. Reserving or moving lounge chairs.

Launching, landing, or operating drones or remote-controlled aircraft Fireworks, firearms, and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law. Fireworks are prohibited within 1 mile from the properties. Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed. Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed. It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels, or to organize games in the green areas (grass).

Important Upon Check out Deductions will also be made for lights and A/C-heat units left on, and for windows and doors left open or unlocked Lost and Damaged Wristbands will have a $ 20.00 USD charge Be sure to monitor the beach warning flags to avoid any safety risks The use of any type of umbrella is prohibited on the common areas The use of the facilities is not allowed once check-out has been done Hammock Garden (Phase I) The Hammock Garden is designed for adults. Children must be under supervision at all times. Hammocks should not be used as swings

Pets Only owners may have authorized pets. Owners can walk their pets in designated areas only. It is an obligation of the Owner to keep the pet on a leash and pick up after them.

Noise No music or loud noise that might disturb owners and renters is allowed in order to preserve tranquility. Speakers larger than 11.8 inches by 7.8 inches are not allowed in the pool/jacuzzi areas. Security Owners must carry their Owner ID or bracelet in the common areas. All Owner Guests and Hotel Guests have to wear wristbands. Mexican law prohibits firearms and fireworks. The Administration has a Zero Tolerance on threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse to any person is prohibited; violators of these and other rules are subject to immediate removal from the property. Only the number of guests in the reservation has access to Las Palomas. Non-registered guests will not be allowed to access. Do not hang articles (e.g., wet towels, clothes, etc.) over the railings. For Security purposes, the main door of the unit must remain closed.

Grill Area Grill hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. You may light up the grill or request assistance from a maintenance operator. Don’t use it for more than one hour, so it can be used by others too. Turn off the grill when you finish and leave the area clean. DO NOT USE CHARCOAL. Keep children away from this area to avoid accidents. BBQ grills are not allowed inside the condos or on the patios. BBQs have been installed on the premises for your convenience

Parking It is mandatory to use the parking pass provided by Las Palomas. It is not allowed to park trailers or boats in the underground garages. Only owners may park their recreational vehicles in the underground garages. Only one covered space may be used for this purpose (not designated). Fuel containers are prohibited in underground parking lots. Maximum speed limit is 16 kmph/10 mph. Gathering in the parking areas for parties is prohibited. Additionally, activities which present a nuisance or injury risk shall not be permitted in any common areas of the Resort. Such disallowed activities include but are not limited to skateboarding, bicycle riding, rollerblading, rollerskating, riding scooters, etc. Vehicles using designated handicap parking stalls must have handicap license plates or display an authorized handicap permit on the rear view mirror, along with the Las Palomas parking pass. ATVs, RVs, Trailers, Jet Skis, motorcycles, bikes, and sand rails must be parked in the designated area.

Gym Your condo will come with a gym access key on a lanyard. Please make sure to bring this back to your condo if you visit the gym. The gym is located in Las Palomas Phase 1, Rubi building, 1st floor. Gym users must be at least 16 years old. Ages 12 - 15 are allowed if accompanied by a supervising adult. No smoking, spitting, or chewing of tobacco or food inside the gym. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed. No personal boom box or portable speakers. Appropriate gym attire is a must, no jeans. Jeans can damage equipment upholstery. Closed-toed shoes must be worn. Shirts must be worn. No wet swimsuits.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I have read and understood these rules and regulations, I acknowledge that breaking these rules may cause the loss of any remaining time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment (rental and security deposits). I take full responsibility for any and all damage I or any of my guests may cause during my occupancy. Credit Card deposits generate a processing fee of 3%, Deductions. FORCE MAJEURE: Casago Rocky Point cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages, whether they are or not caused by storms, the electrical company (CFE) issues or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages, due to the lack of water in the town of Puerto Peñasco. We cannot be responsible for weather, acts of nature, and/or other acts of mankind that may impede or otherwise impact your vacation or holiday. Therefore, there will be no refunds.
