APARTMENT RULES

• No Pets
• Every visit has to be registered
• In case you are staying outside the reservation, a fine of $100 USD will be made
• No parties allowed
• Quiet hours from 11:00pm to 9am
• No smoking inside the apartment ($200 USD fine)
• Loss or stains of towels ( $500 pesos)
• Fights or altercations that violate the neighbors Peace $5,000 mxn
• Pull garbage in assigned garbage area at parking

BUILDING RULES OF PROCEDURE

All guests and guests will need to check in at the front desk.

All trash must be deposited in the bins in the parking lot.

Zero tolerance for noise after 10 pm

Use of unassigned parking will be subject to availability.

The use of the parking is not assigned to people outside the condominium.

No washing vehicles in parking.

No vehicle repairs at the parking lot

No loud language or any action against morality.

In case of complaints about noise or damage to the condominium, the following warnings will be given:

• In the event that any condominium or occupant violates any provision, the Administration will send a notice to its owner, warning that such conduct may result in the imposition of a fine; in the event that it has reigned without having a minimum or maximum period between the first and at that time, a 2nd notice will be sent informing you that it has been charged to the statement corresponding to the unit that occupies a fine of $5000 MN (Five thousand pesos 00/100 National Currency) applicable per event and notified by email to the owner.

• The administration is authorized so that in the event that an event arises that in its opinion puts at risk the integrity of the condominium or its occupants, may resort to the assistance of the corresponding authorities, that is, to the municipal, state or the corresponding authority in order to give them access to the condominium and guarantee the healthy coexistence of condominiums, visitors and workers.

Smoking is prohibited near the perimeter of the junction and jacuzzi.

GYM/GYM RULES

Gym Hours 9:00 AM – 10 PM

It is forbidden to remove the equipment from the gym.

Any person who makes the use of the gym must bring their own towel.

Do not slam the weights

Minors must be accompanied at all times.

No food is allowed.

You must clean the machines after use.

Pets are not allowed

Use of sportswear is required

POOL RULES

Pool hours 9:00 am – 10:00 pm

Glass bottles are not permitted in this area

Access to any pets is prohibited, except service animals

The use of any substance or object that contaminates the pool is strictly forbidden.

The condominium pool is exclusively for the exclusive use of condominiums, their family members and guests, limiting in all cases the number of guests approved by the Surveillance Committee.

Only owners will be able to host events in this area

Swimming pool users are required to wear proper clothing, taking care of morality and good customs.

The people who use the pool will do so at their own risk as there is no lifeguard service.

Minors must always be under supervision.

For any incidents, those responsible will be liable for penalties and/or fines as set by internal rules.

Smoking is prohibited in any area other than the designated one.

🧼 General housekeeping: • Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. • If something breaks or messes more than usual, let us know in time.

🔥 Use of the BBQ on the terrace: • You can use the grill freely during your stay. • Important: After using it, please clean the grill and the area. This ensures that the next guest is also in good condition. • Do not leave burning coals or hot utensils unattended.

🛏️ Towels and linens: • They change with each stay. If you need extra during your visit, you can request them.

🚭 No smoking inside the apartment. You can do this on the terrace, always carefully and without leaving any butts.

🔊 Noise: • Out of respect for the neighbors, avoid loud noise after 10 p.m.

🗝️ Safety: • Close doors with insurance when leaving. • Do not share the access code with outside persons.

1. Illegal substances The use, possession, distribution or storage of any illegal drug or substance within the accommodation is strictly prohibited. 2. Zero tolerance Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, in addition to notification to Airbnb and, if applicable, to the competent authorities. 3. Behavior under the influence of substances Any aggressive, violent, destructive, or dangerous behavior resulting from alcohol or drug use will be grounds for immediate expulsion, without any liability to the host. 4. Damage due to negligence or unlawful conduct Any damage caused by irresponsible substance use will be at the guest's expense, including deep cleaning, repairs, and loss of future bookings. Airbnb will be notified and the corresponding refund process will be applied. 5. Cooperation with authorities In the event of police or medical intervention, the required information will be provided and action will be taken in accordance with the law. The guest is solely responsible for their actions. 6. Rules of coexistence This is a residential home. It is forbidden to hold parties, make excessive noise, invite unregistered people or disturb public order.
