The bathroom is equipped with a full-sized vanity and a shower/tub combo. The cozy living space includes a sleeper sofa bed, a full kitchen, dining for four, and bar seating for two, making it an ideal home base for a relaxing getaway.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property offers a variety of shared resort facilities to enhance your stay. Guests can take advantage of three pools, hot tubs, and community BBQ grill areas. For your convenience, the lobby provides computer access, and the property includes one unassigned parking stall.

Located in the heart of Kapaa on the east side of the island in the Wailua area, this condo puts you within a few minutes' walk of local beaches and the Coconut Marketplace, where you will find groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and shops. Its central location makes it incredibly easy to explore all sides of the island, all while being just 15 minutes from Lihue Airport.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you live aloha and observe a few house rules. Please utilize the outside showers to remove sand after a beach day and dispose of food trash in outside dumpsters frequently to keep tropical bugs away. We also kindly request that you help conserve energy by turning off lights and the A/C when the unit is not in use.
