To maintain the quality of the home, smoking is strictly prohibited inside; evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 2,000 for professional odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture treatment. Additionally, access cards must be returned in good condition upon departure, as lost cards carry a replacement fee of AED 250. Please be aware that the included cleaning fee covers checkout only; any additional in-stay cleaning requests will incur extra charges. Pets are not allowed.
