Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the Marlborough Masterclass shaker design kitchen, complete with granite worktops, a Smeg 90cm induction cooker, and a breakfast bar. Original stained glass doors open onto a covered terrace featuring a barbecue and dining area, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. A convenient ground-floor shower room includes a walk-in Italian style shower.

Sleeping arrangements are located on the first floor, accessed via an oak open tread staircase. The galleried landing serves as a children's play area with a desk and seating. Bedroom 1 offers two single beds, Bedroom 2 features a kingsize bed, and Bedroom 3 provides a double bed with concealed built-in wardrobes. The floor is completed by a separate WC and a second shower room with another walk-in Italian style shower.
