The second bedroom is wonderful, featuring a queen bed on the bottom bunk and a full-sized bed on top. For additional guests, the living room includes a couch and an airbed with a pump; please note that guests using the couch or airbed should bring their own bedding, as linens are provided only for the main beds.

Inside, you will find an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances that flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a 6-person table, and a living space with large couches perfect for family movies. The unit is characterized by high ceilings, easy-to-clean tile floors throughout, and a smart TV in each bedroom and the living room.

• Entry: 2nd-floor unit accessed via a flight of stairs
• Requirements: Digital rental agreement and photo ID for age verification (primary guest must be 25+)
• Policies: No smoking, parties, or subletting. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Parking: Two off-street spots provided; parking on the side of the street is prohibited and may result in towing.
• Departure: Set thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and remove trash.
