Smoking inside the property, unregistered guests, or unregistered pets will incur a $500 fine. Additional charges apply for excessive trash (minimum $150), excessive cleaning, or damages to furnishings and amenities. For non-Airbnb bookings, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
